Program Descriptions
Alpha Group Home for boys and Omega Group Home for girls are Specialized Therapeutic Group Homes located in beautiful Southwest Ranches, Florida. The group homes accommodate up to 8 adolescent clients between the ages of 12 and 17 in each home.
Alpha and Omega Group Homes specialize in treating adolescents who have experienced trauma or have suffered severe behavioral and emotional disturbances. Our residents’ treatment includes weekly individual, group and family therapy. Our fully trained clinical, psychiatric, nursing, and milieu staff teach our clients basic living, socialization, independent and psychological interventions to aid them in a successful transition to independent living or to step-down to a less restrictive community environment.
While our clients attend community and public schools, Alpha and Omega staff ensures that educational goals are met utilizing appropriate educational placements to allow our clients to experience educational success. In addition, tutoring services by certified teachers are offered on a weekly basis at the group homes.
Alpha and Omega Group Homes have assembled a collaborative team of clinical and support staff of experts whose mission is to nurture and treat children and families. Alpha and Omega provide our youth and families with a home-like caring atmosphere. |
